2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals in Canada. By using our Services, you represent that you are a licensed real estate agent or broker, or a prospective member seeking to join the Sutton network. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Sutton Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable Canadian laws or regulations
• Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from our platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services

5. Member Benefits and Programs

Access to member benefits and partner programs through our platform is provided as a courtesy to registered Sutton agents. Benefits are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Third-party benefit providers operate independently, and Sutton Group is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party products or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our platform, including the Sutton Group name and logo, are the property of Sutton Group Realty Services Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sutton Group makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sutton Group Realty Services Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sutton Group Realty Services Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

12. Governing Law
